Printing & Embroidery Services
Five in-house decoration methods, matched to your fabric, design and order size — for branding that lasts as long as the garment.
Embroidery
Digitised logos stitched directly into the fabric using multi-head embroidery machines. Embroidery delivers a raised, textured, premium finish that holds up to years of washing — the standard choice for corporate polos, caps, jackets and workwear.
- Corporate polos & shirts
- Caps & headwear
- Jackets & workwear
- Logos under 10cm
Screen Printing
Ink is pressed through fine mesh screens, one colour at a time, to build up bold, opaque designs. Cost-effective at volume, screen printing is ideal for large flat-colour graphics on T-shirts, tote bags and promotional apparel.
- Event & promotional T-shirts
- Bulk staff uniforms
- Bags & tote bags
- Bold, flat-colour designs
DTF Printing
Direct-to-film printing transfers full-colour, photo-quality designs onto virtually any fabric type — including blends that resist traditional screen printing. Durable, vibrant, and cost-effective for small to mid-size runs.
- Detailed, multi-colour logos
- Mixed-fabric garments
- Small to mid-size orders
- Fast turnaround branding
Sublimation
Dye is infused directly into polyester fibres under heat and pressure, producing permanent, vivid colour that will not crack, fade or peel. The standard for full-colour sports jerseys, sublimated island wear and edge-to-edge designs.
- Sports jerseys & kits
- Sublimated island wear
- Full-colour, edge-to-edge designs
- Sponsor logos & numbers
Heat Transfer
Pre-cut or printed designs are applied to garments using heat and pressure. A fast, flexible option for small runs, name/number personalisation, and designs that combine multiple colours or finishes like reflective or metallic vinyl.
- Name & number personalisation
- Reflective & specialty finishes
- Small production runs
- Quick-turnaround orders
